Return & Exchange
OVERVIEW:
We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand that you may change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange for select items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom orders, fabric per meter, artwork, gifts, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be postmarked by the 14th day. It's important to note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
